Before parts ordered or work starts a confirmation email is required approving the quote please include the quote number, and the 50% deposit cleared funds received.

You the customer are responsible for informing the authorities of a newly installed irrigation system. Contact your local water supply company.

When a installation of a irrigation system is carried out disturbance of any area above and below ground are subject to these terms below:

• If the install involves disturbance above or below ground level either in soil or hard surfaces all efforts will be made to return to reasonable condition but may not be as before.
• Any damage caused by subsurface work like digger or mole/trencher & hand digging etc any services not marked by the client that get damaged will be repaired by the client or at the client’s cost.

Due to ground conditions or obstacles installed work may differ from plan by location and or depth.

M-E Irrigation will inform site contact of any damage to services and wait for further instruction before continuing work.

Any extra work requested will be subject to extra cost unless agreed and signed off by Mike Ward.

Customer to supply welfare facilities for the irrigation engineers this can be included in the quote if requested or will be charged at cost plus 20%

All areas of work will be clear and unencumbered access for our operations. Any delay due to access or obstacles will be charged at M-E Irrigation standard rates.
